The Multiple Listing Staffing Association (MLSA) is an industry-wide network of independent, nextSource certified staffing agencies & independent recruiters. With today's declining staffing margins and customer's adoption of strategic workforce solutions, the MLSA offers staffing agencies the opportunity to work collaboratively to overcome these challenges.

Based on the real estate model, the MLSA was designed to increase sales & revenue to participating members in several ways:

As a member of the MLSA, independent recruiters & staffing agencies can take advantage of our services to increase business opportunities, revenue, and win new business opportunities. The MLSA is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any staffing agency. Many independent recruiters utilize the MLSA to expand their business to include temporary and contract placements while mid & large size staffing firms use us to service as “Employer of Record” in states they are not licensed to do business. Both types of organizations utilize the MLSA to offer their client base technology & services they do not have the bandwidth to support.
